A Prysm iO scan takes under a minute and gives you a single number: your Skin Carotenoid Score. Here is what that number means and how to use it.
What Prysm iO measures
Prysm iO is a quick, non-invasive scanner that uses light to read the level of carotenoids in your skin. Carotenoids are natural pigments found in colourful fruit and vegetables, and in some supplements. Because they build up in skin over time, the score gives you a simple view of your recent intake.
Why your score changes
Your score reflects habits over weeks, not a single meal. It tends to rise when you eat more fruit and vegetables or take antioxidant supplements consistently, and fall when those habits slip. That makes it useful for tracking progress rather than judging one day.
How to use it
- Get a baseline. Take your first scan before you change anything.
- Pick one habit. Add more colourful produce, or start a daily supplement such as LifePak Elements.
- Scan again. Check in after a few weeks to see how your score has moved.
Where the nutrition kits fit
The Core Nutrition Kit pairs LifePak Elements with Optimum Omega for one person. The Mini and Mega bundles build a fuller programme around Prysm iO, and the Healthy Household Starter Kit covers the whole family.
