Yes. Every product on Radiant Plush is authentic Nu Skin, sourced through official Nu Skin channels in India. We do not sell grey-market or repackaged stock.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us with your order number as soon as possible and we will help.
Yes. We deliver to addresses across India. Shipping charges and delivery timings are shown at checkout before you pay.
Once your order ships, we send you the tracking details. You can also find your order status under My Account.
Send us a photo of the package and the product as soon as you receive it, and we will arrange a replacement.
Products & Routines
The Nu Skin Starter Bundle covers a complete daily routine: Face Wash, Glow Toner, Vitamin C Serum, Light Moisturising Cream and Sunscreen SPF 50. You can add a SereNu device later.
Many people in humid cities prefer the SereNu Gel Cream for its light feel. The Nu Skin Light Moisturising Cream suits drier days and air-conditioned rooms.

LumiSpa iO is a daily facial cleansing device used with its own LumiSpa Cleanser. Galvanic Spa is used a few times a week with Brightening Serum for a short at-home treatment. Many people use both.
Replace it when it starts to show wear or as advised in the device instructions. Replacement treatment heads are available in our shop.

Prysm iO is a quick, non-invasive scan that uses light to read the carotenoid level in your skin and gives you a Skin Carotenoid Score. It takes under a minute.

The Core Nutrition Kit pairs LifePak Elements and Optimum Omega for one person. The Mini and Mega bundles are fuller programmes, and the Healthy Household Starter Kit covers the family.
